Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the representation for grant of pay scale of Rs.4000-6000 is pending consideration. He submits that in fact LPA No. 167 of 2016 has been decided on the point yet the representation of the petitioners has not been considered.
Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Saran Division, Chapra to take appropriate decision with regard to grant of pay scale in the light of decision in LPA No. 167 of 2016 at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
