2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Excise Juagdishpur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(B)(ii)©, 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. The recovery is of 150 Kg of ganja from a car which was sold to the petitioners by the previous owner. The petitioners was found escorting the car from which the recovery has been made.

4. The petitioners are in custody since 27.09.2024.

5. Considering the allegation levelled against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50404 of 2025(3) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
