Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects, if any, within three weeks. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have stolen the motorcycle of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent, not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the apprehended person disclosed the name of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has two criminal antecedent of similar nature as stated in para-3 of this application.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51124 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2022 2/2 Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Ara Rail P.S. Case No. 69 of 2021. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
