2. Lastly, the bail application of this petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21112 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date trial has not been concluded and only one prosecution witness has been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2021.

5. Considering the period of custody and slow progress of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 10th Additional Sessions Judge,
