This repeat application seeking modification in order dated 27.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1993 of 2016. The Court was not inclined to grant the extension for deposit of the installment for securing the confirmation of bail as directed in order dated 10.07.2015 and modified vide order dated 27.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1993 of 2016, but considering the prayer that only one month extension shall suffice and there shall be no further request for such extension the Court is inclined to accede.

The order dated 27.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1993 of 2016 is modified to the extent that the time granted thereunder is extended by thirty days.
