2. In view of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State-respondents and taken his stand in paragraph-5 of the counter affidavit and in view of the notification No.924 dated 11.11.2024, the Revenue and Land Reforms Department is the concerned authority to decide the claim of the petitioner because the land of the petitioner suggests that the Jamabandi of the land of the petitioner was created prior to 01.01.1946.

3. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate case before

Patna High Court CWJC No.11057 of 2023(2) dt.02-07-2024 2/2 the appropriate authority of the Land Reforms Department, Govt. of Bihar alongwith all the relevant documents supporting his claim and if the petitioner files the case before the authority of the Revenue and Land Reforms Department within a period of one month, the authority concerned is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of six months.

4. The writ application stands disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
