The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No.-C-1-234/2018 registered under section-30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act-2016.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was apprehended on suspicion. It is stated that while he was traveling on a bus, namely, Jagdamba Travels and in which one Excide Battery was found near the last seat and 14.760 liter of liquor was found there and the petitioner was sitting in the bus near the liquor. The police apprehended the petitioner on suspicion that the petitioner is the owner of the said liquor.

Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-II Cum Special Judge-Excise, Purnia in connection with Special Excise Case No.- 1-234/2018 Purnia.
