The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Salkhua P.S. Case No. 113 of 2013 registered under Sections 341,353 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant C.D.P.O alleged that while she was holding a meeting, some persons came and torn the registers. The informant disclosed the name of the petitioners on the basis of the disclosure made by the villagers. It appears that the informant did not identify the petitioners but some villagers after occurrence disclosed the name of the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6299 of 2015 (2) dt.16-02-2015 2/2 event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 113 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
