The petitioner apprehend arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that from perusal of Seizure List, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. His name has been appeared in the case only on the basis of suspicion. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34040 of 2018(3) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 4th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Excise Case No. 628 of 2018 arising out of Shahpur P.S. Case NO. 88 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
