JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 A show cause has been filed on behalf of the Collector, Aurangabad, stating that all amounts, including the amount allegedly due on payment of interest for the delayed payment of salary and other dues, have been paid. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that his client has not been informed with regard to the payment and credit of the interest portion. Be that as it may, as in the show cause it is stated on behalf of the Collector, Aurangabad, that payment of amount exceeding seven lakhs on account of interest has already been made to the petitioner, in my view, there is no point keeping this petition pending.

This petition is disposed of. If it is found that the
