2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 371 of 2022 registered under section 302, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is one of the assailant of the deceased who has shot the deceased thrice. The petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52422 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
