It appears that the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 13.8.2014. The petitioner will remain on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hazipur in Complaint Case No. 2176 of 2012 (Trial No. 4071 of 2012) within a period of four weeks, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the other following conditions:- (i) The petitioner will not indulge himself in similar or any other offence.
(ii) One of the bailors must be the close relative of the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33761 of 2014 (4) dt.28-01-2015 2/2 (iii) The petitioner will be well represented in the Court on each and every date and in case of absence for two consecutive dates or in case of violation of terms of bail, his bail bond would be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
