07-07-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 22, at the very outset, submits that the present writ petition pertains to a dispute under the provisions of Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947, which is a scheduled Act under the provisions of Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. The Tribunal, constituted under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, is already functioning. Accordingly, the Court considers that this matter can well be adjudicated by the Tribunal. Accordingly, in terms of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Tribunal forthwith. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
