JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-08-2019 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent authorities to attach the Manigachhi, Baheri and Tardih Circles with the Bahera Sub registry office for the purpose of registration of documents in view of existing difficulties faced by them

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case, the petitioners are given liberty to file a representation regarding their grievances mentioned in the writ petition and the concerned authority is directed to dispose of the same within a specified time frame. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to file a representation within a period of four weeks from today before the Respondent No. 1 and the Respondent No. 1 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter, failing which the said authority shall be visited with penal consequences.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
