The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No.499 of 2017, G.R. No.4502 of 2017 registered for offences alleged under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is one of the three named accused who allegedly entered in the office of the informant and looted away cash amount of Rs.2,47,130/-, his Mobile, Laptop, Cash Counting Machine and other articles. It is submitted that no looted article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner, he has no
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32663 of 2018 (2) dt.14-06-2018 criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.11.2017. Learned APP for the State is present.
Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner that no looted article has been recovered from his possession and till date he has not been put on T.I.Parade as also that he is in custody since 22.11.2017, I would direct release of the petitioner on bail. Let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Laheri P.S.
