JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 227 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 304B/ 34 of IPC.

Allegation against the petitioners, who happens to be the Nanad of the deceased and other accused, they have demanded four wheeler vehicle and Rs.2,00,000/- from the deceased as dowry and for that, they were assaulting her. It is further alleged that all the accused persons killed her and absconding from the house.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46936 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 is that petitioners are the Nanad of the deceased and no specific allegation has been attributed against them. All the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. They are ready to abide by any condition imposed upon them.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Karja P.S.
