Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 204 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

One Bindu Kumari wife of Binod Kumar Singh was appointed as Panchayat Teacher in the Primary School, Saidpur but, with the same name of Bindu Kumari, two other Panchayat Teachers were also working in two different schools on the basis of same educational certificates in the district Arwal and another in the district Patna in collusion of the Mukhiya and Panchayat Secretary, who have not properly verified their

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. She is not named in the FIR. As as per the written report, besides Bindu Kumari wife of Binod Kumar Singh only Bindu Kumari wife of Raj Kishore Verma is working as Panchayat Teacher in the district Arwal. Petitioner was also appointed as Panchayat Teacher in the district Arwal after due and proper verification of her documents by the concerned authority. She has no concern with the Bindu Kumari named in the written report. Moreover, petitioner has not received any salary and she has been terminated from the service. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she happens to be lady. Similarly situated several co-accused persons have been enlarged on anticipatory bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court.

On the other hand, learned APP opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
