The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, mother of the deceased, made allegation that her daughter was married to the petitioner. The daughter of the informant was subjected to all sorts of torture although she got two children. The informant got information that her daughter was done to death by her husband and others. It is submitted that the victim was suffering from anaemia and she was under treatment and on account of which she died. The other accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14172 of 2016 (4) dt.27-06-2016 2/2 case and the fact that petitioner is husband, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
