Petitioner is in custody in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 89 of 2018 (Spl Case No. 3451 of 2018) for offenses punishable under sections 30(a), 34, 37 (b), 37 (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He has further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2018 in connection with recovery of 20 ltrs of Toddy.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than one and half months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on
