The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 23.1.2015 In view of the nature of dispute between the Parties, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 but none appears on her behalf.

Considering the merits of the case, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 23.1.2015 in connection with Complaint Case No. 1866 of 2012, Trial No. 2654 of 2013, to the satisfaction of Sri J. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj, is hereby confirmed on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2042 of 2015 (4) dt.19-08-2015 the same terms.

The amount of Rs.750/- to be paid to the Opposite Party No. 2 as directed earlier by this Court, is increased to Rs.1,500/- per month.
