The petitioners, three in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegations that the accused persons having armed with different weapons came and Harindra Mahto assaulted him with sharp-edged weapon on his head, Deodhari Mahto pierced a spear in the right foot toe of the informant and Sikandar Mahto took Rs. 1500/- from his pocket. It is submitted that there is a counter-version being Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 709/2014. Lakshminiya Devi, wife of the petitioner no. 1, is the informant. The informant got simple injuries. Now the case is compromised as the petitioners are

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8437 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 neighbours.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Turkauliya (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 663/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
