ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision against the Judgment and order dated 14.2.2014 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 54 of 2002 d by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, by which he has affirmed conviction and sentence of the Petitioner. It has been submitted that his maximum conviction is for a period of 18 months and he has already been remained in custody for about three months and very ill. In such circumstances, the conviction is maintained, but the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by the Petitioner in view of his medical condition.

The revision is thus dismissed with the aforesaid observation.
