The petitioner is in custody in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 57 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has been languishing in jail since 27.02.2018.
