The petitioners being the parents and married sisters of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a complaint case wherein processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 201/34 and 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the complainant after three years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
On conclusion of investigation, the petitioners were not sent up for trial, the final form was accepted and the protest-cum-complaint petition was also dismissed.
Subsequently, in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10551 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 2 / 2 pursuance to the revisional order, cognizance was taken on 07.08.2014.
Considering the fact that during investigation, accusation has not been found true against the petitioners, let them be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 1970 of 2011 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Saran at Chapra, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
