ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is the Dewar in connection with Garbandanga P.S. Case No. 35 of 2017, giving rise to S.T. No. 50 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and has been in custody since 06.02.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as the allegation against the petitioner is concerned, it is general and omnibus in nature and no specific role has been assigned to the present petitioner.

Taking into consideration the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32340 of 2018 (3) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Kishanganj, in connection with Garbandanga P.S. Case No. 35 of 2017, giving rise to S.T. No. 50 of 2018.
