1. Pursuant to the direction given by this Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 10057 of 2022 dated 05.08.2022, the petitioner has made a representation to the Respondent No. 04 i.e. the Executive Engineer Electrical, Electric works Division No. 1.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that even though the said representation has been made way back in the year 2022, the matter is being kept pending by the authority without any orders on making the payments due to the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the above made submission, the Respondent No. 04 is directed to dispose off the representation made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
