The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Md. Rafik named the petitioner and alleged that on account of flowing of drainage, all the accused persons came and assaulted the informant and his father with lathi and other weapons.
It is submitted that there is a counter-version being Tandwa P.S. Case No. 30/2013. One injury was found on the person of the informant; two injuries were also found on the person of the father of the informant, but opinion with regard to injury was kept reserved. The injury report has not come as yet. Four persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant. Considering the fact that the occurrence took place
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9073 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 for flowing of the drainage and mutual assaults were made, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Tandwa P.S.
