2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 121 of 2024 arising out of Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 236 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of the IPC and section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner hid the informant's daughter in his house, with an intention to marry her.

She specifically stated in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that when her mother asked her to prepare meals, she went out of her house in anger and went to Bhagalpur station. The petitioner is under custody since 29.05.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions JudgeVI-cum-Exclusive Special Excise, Bhagalpur in connection with POCSO Case No. 121 of 2024 arising out of Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 236 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
