====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 452, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioner variously armed came at the door of the informant and made assault to the informant, his brother and wife and taken away rupees

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60524 of 2021(3) dt.06-07-2022 2/3 twenty thousands from the house of the informant. It is specifically alleged against this petitioner that he assaulted with Bhujali to the brother of informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to some previous dispute. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted brother of the informant Ravindra Kumar Sah with bhujali but from perusal of the report of the injured, it does not suggest the injuries to be grievous in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in
