The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 295 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the IPC. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioners assisted the prime accused Vikash Kumar in kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant who is 17 years old and taking her away out of his custody with intent to marry with her. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got criminal antecedent. The main allegation is against Vikash Kumar. The victim girl has been examined under

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15454 of 2016 (2) dt.02-05-2016 2/2 Section 164 Cr. P.C. where she has admitted the love affair between herself and one Vikash Kumar. She has further admitted that she had left the house on her own will.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 295/2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gaya, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
