JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2018 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 01.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3598 of 2018.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that other two co-accused have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7419 of 2018. Heard learned A.P.P also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order. If petitioner surrenders and makes prayer for regular bail the same shall be considered on its own merit keeping in view the fact that other co-accused have been granted privilege of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33051 of 2018 (2) dt.22-06-2018 2/2 anticipatory bail by this court and disposed of, if possible, on the same day.
