2. The present application has been filed seeking initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their willful and deliberate violation of the order of this Court dated 08.08.2024 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 11794 of 2024.

3. A show cause affidavit has been filed and it is

Patna High Court MJC No.2402 of 2025(2) dt.03-07-2026 2/2 submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court, all the answering opposite parties have given proper opportunity adhering to all the concerned stakeholders, including the petitioner, and thereafter a detailed reasoned and speaking order has been passed on 25.09.2025 under Memo No. 2129.

4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that besides the fact that the detailed reasoned and speaking order has been passed belatedly, however, till date the petitioner has not been allowed the fishing right.

5. Learned Advocate for the State, at this juncture, submitted that the contention of the petitioner, if accepted, it gives another cause of action and for which, the petitioner may file appropriate application before this Court or the authorities concerned.

6. Having considered the submissions and statement made in the show cause affidavit filed on behalf of opposite party no. 5, this Court does not find any reason to continue with the present proceeding. Accordingly the same stands closed.

7. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach before the authorities concerned or the competent Court for redressal of his grievance.
