The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No. 37 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injury report submitted in connection with Jago Devi was brought on record and in the same, it has been mentioned that the patient has been referred to DMCH. This Court directed to place a supplementary report of DMCH on record and consequent thereof, the supplementary case diary has been received in which at paragraph 12, it has been stated that the patient Jago Devi took perfunctory treatment at the outdoor patient department of DMCH
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50115 of 2014 (5) dt.06-08-2015 and went away and thus, injury report is not on record. Considering the aforesaid submissions and on perusal of the FIR as well as the materials available in the case diary, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Supaul in connection with Maruna P.S. Case No. 37 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
