Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.471 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A/34, 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation of demand of dowry apart from being general, omnibus and vague in nature is false, baseless and concocted story of the informant and as such this petitioner is no way concern and connected with offence in question being a outsider although he resides in the same village. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32443 of 2018 (2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.471 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
