Petitioner seeks bail in Dumra P.S.Case No. 206 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1b)a,26,35 of the Arms Act. One magazine loaded with four live cartridges and Rs. 500/ cash were recovered from possession of the petitioner Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 09.06.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61330 of 2021(2) dt.14-02-2022 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P. S. Case No. 206 of 2021.
