This is an application seeking some relaxation as regards to regular attendance of the petitioner vide order dated 13.11.2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.23880 of 2014, in connection with Complaint Case No.1670 C of 2013, pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna.

It is submitted that the petitioner is a student of law and pursuing the course in Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh and feels difficulty in attending the Court on each and every date. In view of the above, in last but three paragraph of the order where the words "on two consecutive dates" are mentioned, it may be read as "on six consecutive dates". With the above modification, the application is disposed of.
