The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Koilwar P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,420,406,120B,467,468,471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons. It is alleged that the petitioner is the wife of Rajendra Pandey, one of the Director of the company. It is further alleged that the accused persons took Rs. 1,00,000/- for installation of mobile tower.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not the wife of Rajendra Pandey she is the wife of Binod Kumar Thakur. No specific allegation has been made

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6330 of 2015 (2) dt.16-02-2015 2/2 against the petitioner. She has already been employed as Niyojit Teacher in the year 2007. The informant has not disclosed the date of occurrence.

Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and she is lady, the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014 subject to the conditions a laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Prakash/- U T
