The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of committing theft of Bolero vehicle of the informant. Name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation in the confessional statement of co accused Suresh Sah.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that co accused Suresh Sah has been granted regular bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 46954 of 2013.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8743 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 2/2 This court sees no reason for the learned court below not to consider prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2013 pending in the court of learned J.M. Ist Class, Barh, Patna.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
