Petitioner is in custody in connection with Special case no. 5573 of 2019 arising out of P.R. P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case total 17 liters of illegal mixed toddy has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 5573 of 2019 arising out of P.R.
