JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Excise case no. C-1-229 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner has remained in custody since 30.04.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the liquor was recovered from a bag suspected to be of this petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge
