26-09-2016 Heard Sri Amrendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who was one of the named accused in Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 363 of 2009, G.R. No. 1294 of 2009/Tr. No. 1907 of 2010 registered for offence under Sections 144, 323, 353, 427, 189, 332, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Section 77 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927, has approached this Court in the month of April, 2016, with a prayer to quash an order, which was passed long back on 15-05-2010, whereby, the learned Judicial Magistrate, differing with the police report, has taken cognizance of offences. Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to justify the reason for delay, however; keeping in view the fact that order of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15186 of 2016 (2) dt.26-09-2016 2/2 cognizance was passed long back in the year 2010, there is no reason to entertain the present petition.

The petition stands dismissed.
