Dr. Indiwar Kumari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with S.Kamal P.S.Case No. 32 of 2018 registered under Section 395 of the Indian penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was found only moving in the Safari vehicle and that was not a stolen vehicle and no other incriminating material was recovered from his possession relating to the present case nor looted truck has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner though he is accused in two more cases but in both cases he is on bail.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Manish Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
