The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant/ informant alleged that petitioners took money from him for providing job in railway. It is submitted that petitioners did not receive any farthing from the informant and his father. No chit of paper is filed to show that petitioners received any money. The petitioners purchased a piece of land from Ajit Kumar Choudhary and the aforesaid land is situated by the side of land of informant and that is why the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. The petitioners are neighbour of the informant.

No.15560 of 2016 (3) dt.30-06-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingh Sarai, Samastipur in Ujiarpur P.S.
