Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that grievance of the petitioner was that his name along with his father's name has incorrectly been registered in NDAL-ALIS site. He further submitted that the District Magistrate, Vaishali, who is the Arms Magistrate, has rectified the names mentioned in the arms license of the petitioner and to that effect the arms license containing personal details have also been rectified.
