JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,471,468 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that co accused Md. Jahangir sold a land to the informant and the same land was again sold in favour of the petitioners who constructed house on the land of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the plot in question consists of area 5 katha, out of which 1 katha was sold to the informant and subsequently, 1 katha 10 dhoors were sold in favour of petitioners and it was not the same area of land which was transferred in the favour of the informant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13603 of 2015 (2) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 and considering the same Md. Jahangir has been granted bail. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 296 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
