Mr. Sri Dinesh Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 6126 of 2018 with an observation to renew his prayer of bail after two months of framing of charge. Now charge has been framed against the petitioner on 17.03.2018; moreover, petitioner was only cleaner of the vehicle and the driver was granted bail.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Sunil Kumar @ Sunil Kumar Conductor, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge 2nd -cum-Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 199 of 2017.
