ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2018 in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.305 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 332, 337, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner had attacked the police party when the police party had come to arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.305 of 2018, which has been marked in this bail application as Annexure-2/1, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The petitioner will be at liberty to renew the prayer for bail after three months.
