JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31554 of 2017 with an observation to conclude the trial within the period of nine months.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that uptill now only one witness has been examined and he is in custody since 26.02.2017.

Heard learned A.P.P also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the allegation of rape and that too, on the minor girl, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, since the petitioner is in custody for more than one year, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trail and try
