Petitioner has filed the present writ application for correction in the date of birth in the matriculation certificate. The petitioner appeared in matriculation examination in 1996.

Considering the fact that the certificate was issued in 1996, the Court is not in a position to issue any direction, however, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the Examination Board for correction in the date of birth in terms of regulation of Examination Board and the Examination

Patna High Court CWJC No.15365 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 Board is required to consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
