2. The writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :- "For issuance of appropriate writ / direction order to the Respondents to consider the Application submitted by the petitioner on 07.10.24 for grant of Arms License which is pending for consideration and further direct the respondent -District Magistrate cum Arms Licensing Authority, Munger to grant the Arms License in the name of the petitioner urgently due to continuous danger on the life of the petitioner."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.12093 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2026 2/2 during pendency of the instant writ petition final order has been passed by the District Magistrate, Munger, whereby by application for grant of license has been rejected and since there is an appellate forum to get the issues ventilated, the petitioner seeks permission to file appropriate appeal against the order dated 13.12.2025.

4. Permission is accordingly granted.

5. It is made clear that the Divisional Commissioner, without getting prejudiced with the order passed by the District Magistrate, Munger, could give opportunity of hearing to the claim of this petitioner and on finding the claim to be genuine, appropriate and reasoned order shall be passed.

6. The petitioner proposes to file an appeal with all supportive materials showing the last place of residence being at Munger, within a period of four weeks and in case, such appeal is preferred before the Divisional Commissioner, Munger, the same shall be adjudicated on merits without going into the technicality.

7. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. (Ajit Kumar, J) sharun/- U
